Didgeridoo Events in Brisbane
We are extremely happy to announce that the 16th Didgeridoo Camp will be held on 31 March - 2 April 2023. Didgeridoo Camp is a three day Didgeridoo event for boys and men of all ages and levels. Just bring your camping gear (tent - caravan - camper - swag) We look after all the other stuff. The Didgeridoo workshops and live performances are done by legends GANGA GIRI and ECKYBOW. The weekend also includes the opportunity to make your own Didgeridoo.Bookings are essential.
The Woodford Didgeridoo Festival acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Owners and Custodians of Woodford the Jinibara Nation. We are honoured to have an amazing lineup of artists to celebrate the Didgeridoo. All Festival tickets are for the full 3 days of the festival and include 2 night’s camping. Children aged 11 and under are admitted free.
Come in and enjoy a unique experience in our two day workshop that is all about the Didgeridoo. Pitch your tent on our camping ground and be a part of our Make Your Own Didgeridoo Campout at Didgeridoo Festivals HQ in Brisbane. You get to take two self made genuine quality eucalyptus Didgeridoos home. Bookings are essential.
Didgeridoo Jam 1st Friday night of the Month
Every first Friday night of the month from 7pm - 10pm we have our free Didgeridoo jam at Didgeridoo Festivals HQ in Augustine Heights QLD. This is a one-of-a-kind event where people from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds can come together and share their love for music. Bring your acoustic instruments and join us around the fire pit, where we'll create a unique soundscape with the sounds of the didgeridoo mixed with other instrumentsThe best part of our didgeridoo jam is the sense of community and connection that we build around the fire pit. It's a space where people can come together, share their love of music, and celebrate different cultures and traditions
Our Make Your Own Didgeridoo workshop runs daily from 9am – 5pm and is available for men and boys of all ages. We will guide you step by step through the process of making your own quality eucalyptus Didgeridoo to take home with you. We use quality Red Box and Yellow Box Eucalyptus logs for our workshops; they are seasoned and ready to be carved. The Didgeridoos we use during our workshops are authentic and naturally hollowed out by termites. No living trees or animals have been harmed or damaged in the process. All equipment, tools and safety wear are supplied.
